WHO ARE WE?

Set up in July 2019 by 2 teenage boys; Ayo Peters & Kendrick. Grind and Ghost was formed as a group of friends met in a business class at a college in East London.

They founded G&G having been tired of seeing a lack of opportunities in their local area for teenagers. This team is about bringing the youth back to life.

We are probably the youngest label out there, with our average team age at 18. But what we lack in experience we make up for in drive, passion and love for the future of our youth.

We give our artists a platform to be creative and give them the opportunity to thrive within the industry so that they can turn their inner desires into action and grow their artistic careers.

Grind and Ghost wants to offer value to their artists and partners and be at the forefront of the music industry for years to come.

We believe in community as well as artistic excellence, enabling our people to grow and represent their local environment in a positive way.
